Not sure how I missed Scott Aukerman’s appearance on Curb Your Enthusiasm when it first aired. He played an epileptic police officer. Or maybe it was just a regular police officer and this is a really short GIF.
He was in Palestinian Chicken, one of the best episodes the show has ever done. I assume it was meant as a backdoor pilot for a new procedural show where Scott plays a police officer and Paul F. Tompkins plays district attorney Berg.
I really didn’t remember there being such obvious parallels between Elaine’s pro-choice storyline and Kramer’s make-your-own-pizza storyline in The Couch. I’ve never loved this episode though, so I’ve rewatched it less than the others.
Poppie: We can’t give people the right to choose any topping they want. On this issue there can be no debate.
Kramer: What gives you the right to tell me how to make my pie?
Poppie: Because it’s a pizza.
Kramer: It’s not a pizza until it comes out of the oven.
Poppie: It’s a pizza the moment you put your fists in the dough.
